Captain Needa was an Imperial Captain on the Star Destroyer Avenger. After loosing sight of Millenium Falcon Captain Needa went to Vader's flagship, the Executor, to apologize.
Alf Mangan was playing Takeel, one of the Mos Eisley Cantina alien, in A New Hope.
Takeel is a Snivvian, a short humanoid with broad toothy snouts, sparse hair and coarse skin.
The Snivvian mask was reused with new wardrobe for background aliens in The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. The Snivvian Wiorkettle is seen in Cloud City and was portrayed by Cathy Munro who also portraited an insectoid bounty hunter called Zuckuss and a E-3PO droid.
The Snivvian Geezum is seen in the Jabba's Palace and was portrayed by Peter Allen.
