”I knew it! They were sent to force a settlement.”Today we celebrate…
Daultay Dofine is not as confident as the other in the Trade Federation.
The Phantom Menace
Alan Ruscoe at his 38th birthday (born 1972) (Source Wikipedia)
Alan Ruscoe played Daultay Dofine, Plo Koon and a pasty-skinned Twi'lek in the Phantom Menace. In Attack of the Clones he maybe have played Lott Dod/Gilramos Libkath/Rune Haako.
Chris Sanders did the voice for Daultay Dofine in The Phantom Menace.
Daultay Dofine is the captain of the Neimodian blockade over Naboo. He is killed when the Droid Control Ship is blown up by a Naboo starfighter.
Plo Koon is an alien Jedi Master and a member of the Jedi Council.
The pasty-skinned Twi'lek standing with Jabba the Hutt at the Pod Race.
He was nicknamed “Bib Fortuna” during production because the similar appearance, but is not intended to actually be a young Bib Fortuna.
Gilramos Libkath/Lott Dod/Rune Haako in Attack of the Clones:
This has been mentioned before in Keeper of the Holocron’s Blog but it is interesting to notice that Alan Ruscoe is credit as Lott Dod at www.starwars.com but credit as Gilramos Libkath at www.imdb.com.
Accourding to Wookiepeedia is it an extra named David Healey who played Gilramos Libkath/Lott Dod/Rune Haako in Attack of the Clones and not Alan Ruscoe.
The Keeper of the Holocron, Mr. Chee also clearify that for all intents and purposes, the character seen with Nute Gunray in Attack of the Clones is Rune Haako. The confusion arose because the character's name changed continuously during production. Some merely referred to the character as "Nute Aide." It doesn't help matters when you take into account that Nute's voice is completely different than it is in The Phantom Menace. A different Neimoidian mask was also reportedly used. Nonetheless, it's supposed to be Haako.
Whosoever played the character, and which character it was, he was voiced by Chris Truswell (if he ever said something). ;-)
